With Tekken 3D Prime Edition arriving in just a few days new information about several of the portable fighter’s game modes have been revealed.  Tekken 3D will feature four different modes; Practice, Versus ( both local and multiplayer ), Quick Battle and Special Survival.

In Quick Battle players fight against a total of ten random AI controlled fighters. The real challenge awaits you in Special Survival where you’ll be required to survive 40 opponents with just one life bar. Kind of like the regular Survival modes found in previous Tekken installments. The only difference is that every tenth match in Special Survival your opponent will only take damage by aerial combos.

There are over 700 unlockable images in Tekken 3D that features artwork from past Tekken games. Unlocking these will require CP earned after fights or via a StreetPass.

Tekken 3D Prime Edition ships on February 14th in North America.
